In the pop-up box, select “Apps” > and enable the “Manage app” option. Set a system user name, something like “3CX”, and set the user role to “Admin”.
Accept the non-discrimination policy and click “Done”.
Navigate to “Users > System Users” and click “Add”. Click on the menu icon and select “Business settings”. Ensure it is selected and then copy your “Phone number ID” below the drop-down box and save it for a later stage. Once verified, your number can be seen in the getting started “send and receive messages” drop-down section. Enter your phone number, choose your method of verification (Text or phone call), and click "Next". Enter a WhatsApp Business profile display name, select your timezone, category, and optional business description. Under “WhatsApp” > “Getting started” > “Step 5: Add a phone number”, c lick “Add Phone Number”,. If you do not have a number attached to your WhatsApp account then follow the steps below. Copy your “Phone number ID” below the drop-down box and save it for a later stage. Use the drop-down menu to ensure the correct phone number listed that you will use to send and receive messages. Scroll down to WhatsApp and click “Set up”. The next screen will offer you to add products to your app. Re-enter your password and click “Submit”. Give your application a display name and use the drop-down list to select your business account. Navigate to “My Apps”, click on “Create App”, select “Business” and click "Next". 
Navigate to and click “Log In” on the top right.If you want to use a number that is already set up on WhatsApp, you have to delete the account first. This number should not be registered to any other existing WhatsApp account, whether it be virtually or on any physical device. You must have a WhatsAp p Business account set up with a phone number added. WhatsApp messages are delivered into the same chat panel as live chat, SMS, and Facebook messages making replying to multiple channels simple. WhatsApp integration enables your agents to send a reply to WhatsApp messages directly from 3CX. Self-managed (Private cloud - On-premise).
